Connect Claude to Gravel Coach

1. Sign in to Gravel Coach at least once so your athlete account exists (you are reading this, so you probably have).
2. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector — or use the button below, which pre-fills the form.
3. Paste the connector URL and click Add. Claude will send you through the Gravel Coach sign-in and consent screen.
4. Start a conversation. Try the gravel_coach prompt from the connector to have Claude coach you the way Gravel Coach does.

Custom connectors work on every Claude plan; the Free plan allows one connector.

• Read your profile, bikes, imported rides, training plans, nutrition plans, and event-day plans
• Calculate training zones, ride fueling targets, and event pacing
• Search upcoming events and analyze RideWithGPS routes
• Ground advice in the Gravel Coach knowledge base
• Create and adjust training plans, nutrition plans, and event-day plans, update your profile, and log rides — each of these asks you to confirm first

Everything Claude creates or changes shows up here in Gravel Coach — plans on the plans page, rides under activities, and the strategy you work out for an event in its Event-Day Plan section on the event's page and in the Coach tile on your dashboard. Conversations you have in Claude stay in Claude; they do not appear in the in-app chat history.

• Claude only ever acts as you. Your identity is bound to the sign-in you complete when connecting; nothing in a conversation can point Claude at another athlete's data.
• Reads happen silently. Anything that changes your data prompts Claude to ask you first, and creating a new training plan archives your previous active plan.
• Disconnect any time from Claude's Connectors settings. Access is revoked immediately.
